If you got to this page it is probably because you couldn't find your "system.ini" file. The reason is that by default, system and hidden files are not shown in Windows Explorer.
	In the tool bar of Windows Explorer click on tools
	Next click on folder options and then....
	In the window that opens click on view.
	You will see a window like the one at the left. If the window shows that the Advanced settings are set as shown below........ Change the settings to match the settings shown in the image to the left.
